I haven’t written or updated my workouts in a few days, and I will update those - sometime in the next 24 hours.
Decided to change the theme of this blog to focus on all of my fitness goals. I just like Sweat 365 that much.
As for running… I’m still training, just not as hard since I really don’t have anything to train for. I decided to split my workouts from mostly running to an even running/strength split.
Therefore, expect to see a lot of strength workouts here with my running. This change is mainly due to the loss of upper body definition from focusing too much on running, and I just decided that I can’t go on this way.
